A Benton County businessman who had financial dealings with Medicaid for pediatric therapy reimbursements is now the subject of a Pulaski County warrant charging him with four felony counts.

Anthony Christopher, the owner of Absolute Pediatric Therapy in Bentonville, stands accused of one count of Medicaid Fraud, a Class A felony, as well as three separate counts of Financial or Non-Financial Identity Fraud, which is a Class D felony in Arkansas.

The warrant was issued because "there are reasonable grounds for believing that Christoper Anthony committed " the stated crimes.

According to the bench warrant from the Pulaski County District Court, the Affidavit of Warrant was filed on February 5 and the warrant was issued the following day.

The warrant is stamped "Do Not Cite" meaning if arrested, Christopher will be on a no-bond hold on the charges.
