Jon C. Carmickle who was the subject of a January 17 Warrant Watch on Today in Fort Smith was arrested Friday by the FSPD for Class C Felony Failure to Appear.
In addition, Carmickle was charged with Possession of Meth, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Contempt.
At 12:45 a.m. Saturday morning he remained in custody at the SCDC.
