Tabetha Elizabeth Haviland, who was the subject of a January 10 Warrant Watch on Today in Fort Smith, was arrested Friday by the SCSO for Class C Felony Failure to Appear.
In addition, Carmickle was charged with Misdemeanor Failure to Apprear.
At 12:55 a.m. Saturday morning she remained in custody at the SCDC.
