The Fort Smith Circuit Court is still seeking information on the whereabouts of Denise Shauntel Dugan, 40, of Pocola , Oklahoma.
Dugan is wanted on two Felony Failure to Appear Warrants stemming from drug charges after she failed to make her court dates. Warrants for Felony Failure to Appear were issued for the suspect on both January 25 and February 2 of this year
Ms. Dugan was arrested 9n May 3 of last year for Felony Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card as well as Forgery charges in April. That case is currently listed as "inactive" and th arrest was made in the Fort Smith district.
She also was arrested on June 24 of 2018 in the Greenwood District for Possession of a Controlled Substance Schedule I/II Meth/Cocaine, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia Meth/Cocaine, Felony Aggravated Assault on a Household Member and for Possession of a Firearm by Certain Persons (Felon).
Ms. Dugan also has several other felony convictions stemming back several years.
She was arrested back on October 14, 2009 on Manufacture, Distribution or Possession of a Controlled Substance which resulted in a Revocation of Parole for a previous arrest. She caught a combined imposed sentence of 84 months on those charges.
In May of 2009 she was charged with Felony Use of a Credit Card and Theft of Property and Misdemeanor Criminal Trespass and well as another Revocation of Parole. She caught 61-months that time around.
At the age of 21 in 2000, she was arrested for Felony Possession of Counterfiet Drugs with Intent to Deliver and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, for which she was given 60 months SIS.
A year earlier she had been arrested for Forgery and Felony Theft of property for which she also received a suspended sentence.
No word if her boyfriend "made her commit" the charges prior to thise she racked up in 2018.
