Baby killer Tyree Williams transferred to Ouachita River Correctional Unit

Tyree La'mont Williams is now enjoying his new accommodations courtesy of the state of Arkansas, as the habitual offender and convicted murderer was transferred to the Ouachita River Correctional Unit in Malvern where he will spend at least 27 years and 341 days behind bars before his first parole eligible date on january 30, 2046.

The 26-year-old Williams drew a 40-year sentence and had twenty more years suspended in the death of toddler Kylah Woodward, who police say died as the result of abuse from Williams that was allowed by her mother, Sierra Ann Johnson.

Williams is listed as a "medium risk" prisoner of the Ouachita River Unit and is serving concurrent sentences of 114 and 480 months for Felon in Possession of a Firearm and for the Capital Murder of Woodard, who was taken to an area hospital by Williams and Johnson after Johnson had left the toddler in care of her live-in boyfriend.

Williams has a custody classification of C-2 and a "good time" class rating of II listed on his ADC profile page. His initial receipt into the system is listed as January 7, 2019 and he was given credit for time served in the Sebastian County Detention Center while awaiting trial.

Twenty-year-old Sierra Johnson is in the McPherson Unit in Newport where she is serving a total of 456 concurrent months for Permitting Child Abuse and various drug charges and her initial receipt date into the ADC is listed as May 22, 2018. With a parole eligible date of December 2 of this year, her 456 months of "punishment" will result in a little over eighteen months of confinement if she is granted a release on that date.

On a brighter note, Johnson has successfully completed nine "program achievements" in her nine months in prison, including graduation from the Sex Offender Female Treatment curriculum. In addition, she was mastered stress and anger management, communication skills, Think Erros Group, Visctims of Domestic Violence and the Substance abuse Treatment program.
