The Fort Smith Police Department has released a highly redacted incident report in the incident that was initially reported as a "shooting in Fort Smith.
The incident resulted in an undetermined injury to an unidentified victim.
It should be noted the injured subject refused medical treatment and left the hospital against medical advice.
The suspect has since denied any involvement.
Also, due to his denial of treatment, it could never be established whether the head injury was due to a gunshot.
