The Fort Smith Public Schools invites all interested construction firms to an informational meeting regarding Capital Improvement projects for the 2018 Millage.
This meeting is not mandatory, but highly recommended given the number of construction projects proposed.
The meeting will be held at Fort Smith Public Schools, 3205 Jenny Lind Road, Service Center Building B, Auditorium Fort Smith, Arkansas, Monday, April 8, 2019 at 2:00 PM.
Items to be discussed at this meeting include the following:
● List of proposed Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) projects and descriptions
● List of proposed Design/Bid/Build (Lowest Responsible Bidder) projects ● General Progress Update
● Estimated bid and submission timelines for individual projects
● Question and answer session
