ADH Food Safety Inspection Report: Benton County -April 12-May 12, 2019

The Arkansas Department of Health conducted one-hundred eighty-six routine restaurant and food establishments inspections in Carroll County from April 1 to May 5, 2019 The ADH made "observations" in fifty-four cases.
