A Fort Smith man who was arrested on Thursday bonded out on Friday on a $15000 legally sufficient bond and faces a future court date for Aggravated Assault on a Household or Family Member charge.
Michael Biggers, 42, was booked into the Sebastian County Detention Center Thursday at 1:58 p.m. and bailed out approximately 24-hours later on the Class D Felony charge.
Biggers shows only two other arrests on Arkansas Court Connect. Both were drug related and were in 2005 and 2010 respectively.
