Aggravated Assault on Family or Household Member results in no-bond hold for Fort Smith man




A Fort Smith man with a history of domestic violence, violations of no contact orders, theft by receiving charges and contempt of court remained jailed late Sunday afternoon after his arrest Saturday on Class D Felony Aggravated Assault on a Family or Household Member.


Triston Robinson Pixley also had a Terroristic Threatening charge in Crawford County at reduced to a misdemeanor Disorderly Conduct conviction after cutting deal with the Crawford County prosecutors office on February 6 of this year.


Pixley was arrested by the Fort Smith Police Department and booked into the Sebastian County Detention Center at 9:03 p.m. Saturday for his latest attack on a family member and remained incarcerated on a no-bond hold as of 6 p.m. Sunday.

In addition, Pixley was sentenced to 60 months suspended impostion of sentence in a felony Domestic battery case in Sebastian County on April 3, 2019 in another plea deal. He was also fond guilty of Theft of property and Contempt of Court in 2018 in Crawford County, but Arkansas Court Connect has no sentencing information on that case.


Pixley's first court appearance on the new charges is slated for May 4 at 1:30 p.m.
