Officials in Faulkner County say a 20-year-old is behind bars facing a $500,000 bond for nine counts of rape and three counts of incest after his arrest over the weekend.
Deputies responded to a call about a rape on Friday and after interviewing the original caller and the victims in the case, Ian Rogers, 20, of Belleville in Yell County was arrested early Saturday morning.
Rogers was booked into the Faulkner County county jail in Conway at 11:31 a.m. Saturday in connection to a rape investigation against him that began Friday.
The Faulkner County Sheriff’s Office’s Major Crimes Unit launched an investigation against Rogers after the victims’ mother file a complaint against the 20-year-old shortly after 11:30 a.m. Friday.
