Arkansas takes second straight SEC win in seventeen- point victory over Tennesse Volunteers

The Razorback men’s basketball team won its second-consecutive game in an 86-69 win against Tennessee on Wednesday night. Mason Jones scored 37 points, going 11-of-19 from the field, and eclipsed the 1,000 career point mark in the win.

Arkansas is now 17-10 on the year and has won six straight games in Bud Walton Arena against Tennessee. The Vols had won three straight against Arkansas to take a 22-20 advantage in the series but Arkansas is 11-4 versus Tennessee in Fayetteville, dating back to 2014.

The victory avenges an earlier 82-61 season loss at Thompson-Boling Arena in Knoxville

Arkansas led 40-27 at the halftime break and outscored the Vols by four in the second half to take the 17-point decision.

Isaiah Joe added 22 and Desi Sills finished with 14 for the Hogs.
