A 32-year-old convicted sex offender with multiple arrests for Failing to Register or Report Address Changes was booked into the Sebastian County Detention Center in the wee hour of Wednesday morning for felony Aggravated Assault on a Family or Household Member.
Benjamin Elijah Moore, whose last known address was at the infamous apartment complex on Xavier Street that houses multiple sex offenders, is being held on a no-bond hold and also drew a parole violation for his latest antics.
This marks the fifth time Moore has been arrested for Failure to register as a Sex Offender.
In addition to his sex crime, which involved lewd and lavicious acts against a minor, since 1986, Moore has been arrested for:
Domestic Battery (twice)
Criminal Mischief
Interference with Emergency Communications
DWI
Fleeing
Failure to Register Vehicle/Expired Tags
Failure to Pay Fines
Failure to Appear.
