Assault on pregnant household member results in no-bond hold for Fort Smith trash

Fort Smith police arrested a city resident Thursday afternoon and charged him with two Class D Felony counts of Aggravated Assault on a Family or Household Member and Domestic Battering in the Third Degree - Pregnant (Recklessly), r3sulting in a No Bond hold for the suspect.

Michael Dylan Rea was booked into the Sebastian County Adult Detention Center at 4:37 p.m. and charged with both felony counts an hour later, according to booking information with the SCADC.

The 5-7, 230 pounder faces a Febuary 10 court date on the charges.
