(Editors note: The development of this story has evolved over the past several months with no cooperation from the victim, the courts or the investigators involved. From the victim repeating "no comment" numerous times because of a questionable gag order to a bankruptcy judge "selling" her rights to appeal an unjust $3.4 million finding to the very criminal that is now wanted on several felony counts, this situation has been a textbook case of "Blurred Justice" since Day One.
The saga of Ladonna Humphrey, (whose only "crime" -- which landed her in jail on several weekends and resulted in a $3.4 million judgement against her in the face of evidence she was telling the truth from the beginning -- is a sobering tale.
Anthony Christopher, owner of a child therapy company and systematic perpetrator of Felony Fraud according to law enforcement, is now a fugitive from justice.
Humphrey still has a multi-million unjust civil judgment hanging over her head, not to count the untold legal bills, toll on her life and family and damage to her reputation from a never-ending series of social media and personal attacks over the last sixteen months.
Humphrey went to work in May of 2018 for Absolute Pediatric Therapy and attacked the job with enthusiasm (as defined by numerous free postings on Today in Fort Smith touting and praising the business) but that enthusiasm soon turned into a nightmare that drove the mother, foster mother and child advocate into dark depression.
According to an affidavit of warrant filed January 21, 2020 in the District Court of Pulaski County for the better part of a year-and-a-half, Christopher systematically.
When asked on Friday if she felt any vindication that her allegations, which were also made by and backed up by others as well, had been confirmed by the investigation, she had but one comment..."No comment."
Pounded into a reluctant acquiescence to conditions of a kangaroo court that ruled for a seemingly felonious and litigious character who has been accused of other shady dealings in the past, Humprhey still refuses to celebrate or even acknowledge the karma that is coming full circle.
Today in Fort Smith is under no obligation to the court. However, rather than recap the entire case with the chance of making a mistake of statement of fact and facing financial ruin from a less than stellar legal system, we have reproduced the entire 30-page Warrant of Affidavit so the reader can draw their own conclusions.
It is posted below.
We take this as a complete and total exoneration of Humphrey and hope the proper legal remedies are afforded her in the near future.
