Blurred Justice: Judge who sided with Medicaid Fraud suspect issues no-contact order in custody case

As a follow-up to a story we brought you exclusively on March 21 in the ongoing saga of Medicaid fraud suspect Anthony Christopher, a Benton County Circuit judge has issued a "no-contact" order between Christopher and the minor children of his current husband Kenneth Medlin.

You can read that entire store by following the link HERE.

Judge Xollie Duncan, the same judge that ruled in favor of Christopher in a bogus trial for slander against the former employee that blew the whistle on him for Medicaid fraud, signed the order on Thursday.

The ex-wife of Medlin, Sarah Medlin, had taken her ex-husband back to court in order to amend their divorce agreement to try and provide insurance coverage for her children.

In the discovery aspect of that request, it was revealed that Christopher had been culpable in overbearing and bullying tactics against the minor children that was seemingly devised to drive a wedge between them and their mother.

According to a filing on January 20, 2020, Sarah Medlin Cunningham accused Anthony Christopher and Kenneth Medlin of the following:

1. The Defendant (Kenneth Medlin) has willfully and intentionally violated this provision by sending threatening correspondence to Plaintiff (Sarah Cunningham) in an attempt to harass, annoy, and intimidate her.

2. The Defendant has willfully and intentionally violated this provision by authorizing, allowing, and/or encouraging his boyfriend (Anthony Christopher) to interfere with parenting decisions regarding the minor children, including, but not limited to, HARASSING, BERATING, and ANNOYING the minor children about social media.

3. The Defendant has willfully and intentionally violated this provision by, along with his boyfriend (Anthony Christopher), mocking and demeaning Plaintiff’s religion to the minor children, referring to the attendees of Plaintiff’s church (which include the Plaintiff and the minor children) as false Christians that preach a “gospel of judgment and hate.”

Sara Medlin apparently chose to file for a "no-contact" order and it was granted by Duncan and filed on Thursday:

Christopher has "sold " the business (Absolute Pediatric Therapy), of which he is accused of using to commit Medicaid and Identity fraud during 2018, to a former employee and the children's therapy clinic remains open under the newly branded name of Emerge Therapy Services in the same building in Bentonville.
