A Bonanza man who was arrested for Domestic Battering in the Third Degree on Sunday also picked up another felony charge when he was taken into custody after police determined that he was a felon in possession of a firearm
Charles David Miner, 46, currently has two other continued cases in Polk County for a number of charges including Third Degree Battery, Disorderly Conduct, Resisting Arrest, Failure to Appear, and Impairing Operation of a Public Facility.
He has a long history of convictions and arrest dating back to 199 listed on Arkansas Court Connect, including a charge of Rape in march of 1999 in Scott County.
Miner remains jailed as on 11:15 a.m. Monday on a no-bond hold plus an additional $1000 legally sufficient bond.
