Cave Springs man arrested for third domestic -related violent crime since August of 2020
A 22-year-old Cave Springs man is cooling his heels in the Benton County Detention Center after an arrest just after 11 a.m. Thursday morning for Class C Felony Domestic Battery in the Second Degree and Misdemeanor Violation of a Protection Order.
Uriah Jordan Pruett who resides on Peak Street in Cave Springs was take into custody by the Benton County Sheriff Office this morning.
Court records indicate this is the third time Pruett has been arrested for domestic violence since August of last year.
He was out on bail awaiting trial on a February 7 incident when he was arrested for Domestic Battery in the Second Degree and he also has an open case stemming from an August 19, 2019 arrest for Aggravated Assault on a Family Member.
He is being held on a $15,000 surety bond for the latest felony offense.
