The Arkansas State Police reports that a 32-year-old Clarksville woman died on Monday as the result of a one vehicle accident that occurred on State Highway 43 in the Harrison city limits in Boone County.
Police officials say Fatima Moro was a passenger in a 2018 Chevy Equinox driven by 38-year-old Ludgerio Elizando traveling north along the highway when the vehicle exited the roadway on the east side and struck a tree.
Moro was pronounced dead at the scene. Elizanodo, 55-year old Victoria Moro., two minor children and a pedestrian were all taken to the Northwest Arkansas Regional Medical Center for treatment of unknown injuries.
ASP tropper Josh Valetin noted cloudy and dry cnditions at the time oif the crash, which resulted in the 57th announced fatality in the state in 2020
