Watts, Oklahoma eighteen-year-old arrested on Class Y Felony Rape charge in Benton County

On Friday at approximately 3:49 pm, 18-year-old Daegon Ray Ault Raimer of Watts, Oklahoma was arrested for rape, a Class Y Felony , and Terroristic Threatening in the First Degree, a Class D Felony.
Watts, who was arrested by the Benton County Sheriff Office, remained in the Benton County Detention Center at mid-day on Saturday on a no-bond hold.
A Class Y felonuy in Arkansas carries a minimum sentence of ten years, but no more than 40 years or life. Class D felonies are the least serious felonies in Arkansas, punishable by up to six years in prison and a fine of up to $10,000.
