Justin Paul Sebring of Fort Smith was arrested on Sunday by the Fort Smith Police Department on Sunday and charged with Domestic Battering in the Third Degree -Recklessly and Public Intoxication- Danger to Others resulting in an 18-hour stay in the lock-up.
Sebring was able to bond out on the double state misdemeanor charges by posting a $1700 legally sufficient bond just before 9:30 p.m. on Sunday night.
No other records can be found of previous arrests for Sebring in the past in Sebastian or surrounding counties.
