Domestic violence incident lands Fayetteville woman in jail facing no-bond hold on felonies



A Fayetteville 41-year-old woman who was arrested for two counts of Felony Domestic Battery, two counts of Criminal Mischief , Aggravated Assault , and Public Intoxication just after midnight remained jailed Thursday afternoon on four no-bond holds as well as a $200 bond for the public intox, according to information from the Washington County Sheriff Office.


Gelarah Noorbakhsh was arrested by the Fayetteville Poilice Deprtment and has two separate court dates...March 20 on the public intoxication and April 13 on the remaining charges.


Both the Assault and the Domestic Battering charges are Class D felonies in Arkansas ar are the least serious felonies in Arkansas, punishable by up to six years in prison and a fine of up to $10,000.
