Drug paraphernalia arrest on Thursday leads to parole revocation for Barling man




A Barling man finds himself in custody at the Sebastian County Detention Center after an arrest on Thursday for in the Possession of Drug Paraphernalia - Ingest Meth/Cocaine -- a Class D Felony in the state of Arkansas --also triggered a Felony Petition to Revoke as the latest arrest violated the terms of his probation.


Mark Andrew Dickens was arrested by the Sebastian County Sheriff Office and booked into the SCDC at 10:25 am on the drug charge and was officially charged with the Class D felony and the Parole Revocation at 1:29 p.m.


Dickens will remain behind bars until his court date of March 16 in Fort Smith District Court.
