Drunken attack on family member leads to assault, endangering welfare of minors charges
A Rogers man remained behind bars on Saturday after a drunken incident on Friday that found him in the Benton County Detention Center on a variety of serious misdemeanor charges.
Twenty-nine year-old Darwin David Ventura-Flores, who lives in the 1700 block of Persimmon Lane in Rogers, was arrested by the Rogers Police Department and tagged with a Third Degree Misdemeanor Assault on a Household or Family Member charge as well as two Misdemeanor counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Minor.
Ventura-Flores was also tagged for one count of Public Intoxication. He was booked into the BCDC at 9:25 p.m. Friday night.
He was being held on no-bond on the four counts pending a hearing next week.
