A 28-year-old Fort Smith man with a criminal background that includes Aggravated Assault and Contempt of Court charges in the past finds himself on the run from the law again after a warrant was issued for him for Terroristic Threatening this week.
Steven Spencer is being sought on a $5000 bond warrant for the terroristic threatening as well as a $750 hold for misdemeanor Contempt - Failure to Pay Fines.
Spencer is a black male and described as standing 5'6" tall and weighing 130 pounds .
