Felony warrant issued for Fort Smith man released from SCDC just four days ago

Just four days after getting out of the SCDC after an arrest for a Felony Faliure to Appear warrant and being transferred to annother area agency, a Fort Smith man with a series of felony convictions dating back to 2010 is once again the subject of a Sebastian County warrant


Ferny Lhowann Leonard, 30, of Fort Smith has two newly issued warrants for Felony Petition to Revoke as well as a linger December want for Possession nof a Firearm by ertain Persons charge.


Leonard has amased seven felony arrest in the past nine-and-a-half years in Sebastian and Crawford counties. The charges have included possession of controlled sustaces and paraphernalia, criminal mischief and failure to appear.


A parole revocation in 2010 after his arrest for Criminal Mischief is among the several he has faced in the past decade.
