A Fort Smith man was booked into and out of the Sebastian County Detention Center in 94-minutes after posting a legally sufficient $2500 bond earlier today on an Aggravated Assault on a Family member charge, according to SCDC records.
Brandon Lee Mashburn's booking information shows an arrested on a state felony that was committed at 12 a.m. on March 5.
Mashburn was booked into the facility at 12:08 p.m. and released after posting his bond at 1:42 p.m. after fingerprinting, mug shots and processing.
The booking information does not show a date for an initial court appearance date for Mashburn.
