A Fort Smith man who was jailed for criminal trespass on Monday found himself right back in the Sebastian County Detention Center on Wednesday on the same charge. Booking information from the jail says Rickey Georgina Dalton was arrested Monday morning and released three hours later on a $200 signature bond. He was arrested again Wednesday for the same misdemeanor offenseand remained incarcerated into the wee hours of Thursday morning on another $200 bond. The latest arrest for Dalton was his twenty-seventh in Fort Smith in the last eleven months.
