A Fort Smith man is being held in the Crawford County Detention Center on a $10,000 following an arrest earlier in the week on a number of charges.
Unformation from the CCDC booking opage shows that Ke'tervis Antwon Davis of Fort Smith was booked into the facility at 12:22 p.m. on Tuesday on felony counts of Assault in the Third Degree as well as Possession of Firearms by Certain Persons.
Davis is a also being held for Obstrucitng Governmental Operations, Crimnal Mischief in the First Degree and for Driving Whille License Were Cancelled, Revoked, or Suspended.
This is no information on Aikins on Arkansas Court Connect as to his previous crrimes that would make him a felon and prohibit him from carrying a firearm.
