Yet another bad actor finds himself back in trouble with the law after an arrest on Saturday for Domestic Battering in the Third Degree - Purposely, a Class a State Misdemeanor.
Monrico Reshawn Lee, 26, of Fort Smith has felony convictions on his record dating back to when he was 17-years-old when he was arrested for Theft of Property.
He is also a convicted sex offender and was arrested in 2016 for Failure to Register as well as a Violation of a Domestic Protection Order, which was dropped as part of a negotiated guilty plea on the other charge.
Lee has also been arrested in the past for Careless Driving, Contempt and Failure to Appear.
He bailed out of jail on Saturday on a $1500 legally sufficient bond a little less than five hours after he was booked.
