Fort Smith man released on bail back in custody after 42-two minutes after obscene behavior

A Fort Smith man who was arrested on Monday for felony drug charges as well as a misdemeanor Failure to Appear was out of jail for a short time on Tuesday before he found himself back inside on a misdemeanor Disorderly Conduct - Obscene Language or Gesture charge with another $200 signature bond looming over his head.

A source said Fred L. Cuble, who had been arrested for Possession of Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia on Monday, landed back in lock-up after the verbal assault occurred.

Cuble had been booked into the SCDC Monday at 8:24 p.m. and was released on the signature bonds at 8:11. He was back in custody by 8:53 a.m. Tuesday, meaning he had about forty-two minutes of freedom.

Cuble is scheduled for a March 16 court appearance to answer to his charges.
