Fort Smith suspect in Crawford County Detention Center facing $32,500 in total bond
A Fort Smith man remained incarcerated facing a $32,500 total bond amount on six separate charges, including a Peititon to Revoke, as well a courtesy hold for the Fort Smith Police Department.
Cody James Wooden has been a frequent flyer at the Sebastian County Detention Center with five arrests in just over 24-months and a prison stint after an Arkasas Department of Corrections hold in June of 2018. In addition, Wooden has a previous arrest in Crawford County for possession of drug paraphernalia dating back to 2016.
The latest arrest is for Aggravated Assault of a Household Member, Third Degree Domestic Battering, First Degree Criminal Mischied, Interferring With Emergency Communications, Contempt and the Petitio to Revoke.
