The Fort Smith District Court on Tuesday issued a Felony warrant for the arrest of 18-year-old Josiah F. Owens of Fort Smith on two counts of Aggravated Arm Robbery, a Class Y Felony in the state of Arkansas.
Aggravated robbery punishable by a a sentence of a minimum of 10 years and up to life in prison.
Owens, who did not have a home town listed on the warrant is described as being a black male, 6'4" tall and weighing 180 pounds.
The bond for Owens will be $100,000 when he is captured.
No other details are available at this time.
