Fort Smith woman with vendetta against local charity ignores prosecutors advice on harassment

It apparently took less than a couple of hours for the woman who was warned about harassing the founder and board president of a local charity before she violated the tenent of the letter the Sebastian County prosecutor sent her on Tuesday.

Susanna Sisson, who spurred a Fort Smith Police Deprtment investigation with allegations that were later classified as unfounded by investigators, continued to harass Darla Lackey, Pay It Forward and supporters of the organization when she didn't like the outcome of said investigation.

For months, Sisson has contacted donation partners of the charity, posted scathing allegations against Lackey, made phones calls to supporters, including one in which she expressed a desire to "take over the charity" herself and slandered a myriad of people in the process.

Sebastian County Prosecuting Attorney sent her a "cease and desist" letter which she received on Tuesday....you can see the letter by clicking HERE.

Within hours of receiving the letter, Sisson sent the following to a local resident through a Facebook personal message:

The information came with this note from the resident:

The mail usually runs by 3 p.m. in Ms. Sisson's neighbor hood according to several of her neighbors. The first message was sent at 3:35 p.m. and there were later screen shots with allegations repeated against Ms. Lakey that were sent after 6:40 p.m.

This is a developing story and we will provide more details as they emerge.
