A Class D Felony Aggravated Assault on a Family or Household Member - Choke charge was levied against a Fort Smith resident on Saturday and the perpetrator remained in the Sebastian County Detention Center on a no-bond hold Sunday night at 6:45 p.m.
Quincey Devon Jones, listed with a Fort Smith address, was booked into the SCDC at 10:42 p.m. Saturday night. The Fort Smith Police Department as the arresting agency.
Jones is currently wanted out of Pulsaki County for Failure to Appear on a Domestic Battery charge from October of 2019 and will have his first court appearance on his newly minted Charges on may 2 at 1:30 p.m.
