Hartford resident arrested for assaulting family member after Friday incident
The Sebastian County Sheriff Office took a Hartford man into custody on Friday for Assault On Family Or Household Member-3rd Degree and as of midnight Saturday he remained in the Sebastian County Detention Center on the short side of a $500 legally sufficient bond.
Brian Arthur Kuhn, whose record on Arkansas Court Connect shows nothing more than a traffic ticket in the past in Garland County, was booked into the SCDC at 2 p.m. Friday. Unless he meets his $500 bail amount, his first court appearance on the May 4, 2020.
Class C misdemeanors are the least serious misdemeanors in Arkansas, punishable by up to 30 days in jail and a fine of up to $500.
