Fort Smith convicted sex offender Michael Dale Hennigan is being sought by local authorities after failing to comply with the Sex & Child Offender Registry.
Hennigan was convicted in Louisiana in February of 2008 of 2nd Degree Sexual Assault after engaging in sexual activities with 15 year-old minor female.
