A Fort Smith man spent just over 12-hours in jail on Sunday after an arrest by the Fort Smith Police Department on a singular count of Aggravated Assault on a Family or Household Member.
Michael Aaron McLemore was booked into the Sebastian County Detention Center in the wee hours of Sunday morning and posted a $5000 legally sufficient bond to secure his release at 3:13 p.m. Sunday afternoon.
McLemore, who was arrested by the Fort Smith Police Department, shows no pending trial date on his booking information.
