Javin Monderay Ellingburg, who was being sought out of Sebastian County on a charge of firing a firearm from a vehicle, was arrested Friday in Washington County by the Fayetteville Police Deparment and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance and Obstructing Governmental Operations along with being held for Sebastian County.
