Man with multiple felony priors in and out of SCDC after arrest for Felony Terrostic Threatening

A Fort Smith man spent a total of 49-minutes in the Sebastian County Detention Center on Friday before bonding out of jail for $1500 on a First Degree Terroristic Threatening charge.

Marcus Antonio Moore, who booked into the SCDC at 5:04 a.m. and was back on the streets at 5:43 a.m., was arrested by the Sebastian County Sheriff Office on the Class D Felony charge. He paid the same amount of bond on the felony charge that he paid to get out of jail in 2018 on a Chancery Court contempt citation.

Since 2001, Moore has been convicted of numerous felonies, including Maintaining a Drug Premises, Possession of Controlled Substances, other drug related charges and Aggravated Robbery, all in Sebastian County. He has also been the subject of an Order of Protection issued by the courts.

No hearing or trial date has been posted for Moore as of 10 p.m. Saturday night.
