Oklahoma Missing Person Report: Johnnie H. Ball - Delaware County - Missing since 9/27/1988

Johnnie Ball left his house in Kansas during the the night of his disappearance when someone drove up and honked the horn.

He has never been seen since.

Someone came into the house later and took some of Ball's clothing and a puppy.
