Oklahoma Missing Person Report: Michal Shane Chapman - Missing from Grove since January 27, 2013

Chapman's boat was recovered near Sail Boat Bridge in Delaware County. He is presumed drowned.

He had two tattoos above nipple line on his chest and tattoos on both right and left arm, as well as artwork on his back.
