Officials with the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation say two victims that were killed on Easter Sunday in Beckham County have been identified.
Monique Smith, 46 years old, was killed in Elk City, and Norman Burden, 67 years old, was killed in Sayre.
The two homicides are connected and a person of interest is in custody. 49-year-old Gregory Killough was taken into custody by Tulsa Police after being pulled over driving Burden's vehicle.
Killough was identified as a person of interest because he was last seen with Smith an hour before her death. Police say that Killough and Smith were "in a relationship in the past".
Killough also shot Burden's dog, who police say survived the attack.
