Ozark man killed in motorcycle/truck wreck on Thursday in rural Johnson County



The Arkansas State Police say a 54-year-old Ozark man died on Thursday when the 2011 Harley Davidson he was driving west on State Highway 64 near Coal Hill collided with a 2011 Dodge Ram west of Coal Hill.


According to the ASP preliminary accident report, Patrick Ewart Corbin crossed the center line while negotiating a curve on the motorcycle and struck the front fender of the truck on the drivers side.


Lisa Brison, the driver of the truck, passenger Jerry Lynn Brison, and a fifteen-year-old female were all taken to the hospital and treated for injuries.


According to the report, conditions were clear an the roadway was dry at the time of the impact, which occurred at 10:06 p.m. on Independence Day.
