Just when the curious case of Anthony Christopher “Rocko” couldn’t seem to get more… curious… a new development unfolds.
Anthony Christopher is currently charged with three counts of “Financial or Non-Financial” Identity Fraud – all class “D” felonies. He has also been charged with one Class “A” felony for Medicaid Fraud.
This week, Christopher and his attorney were able to cut a deal where he was able to surrender off of warrant in Pulaski County in relative obscurity and without much fan fare and have his bond set at $2500 for the alleged theft of over $38,000 from the Medicaid system.
Christopher terrorized a former employee, LaDonna Humphrey, for several months. She wound up serving five weekends in jail on a bogus "contempt of court charge" and Christopher spread her mugshot all over social media. He even went so far as to video her leaving jail and posted it on Facebook to add to the reputation assault and her humiliation.
He posted countless personal attacks against Ms. Humphrey. He had his circle of friends join in on the harassment.
Today in Fort Smith has once again reached out to Humphrey for comment on this story and she has once again declined all requests.
In October of 2018, Christopher sued Humphrey citing slander and libel in his complaint. Humphrey, counter sued Christopher, accusing him of retaliating against her for reporting him for Medicaid Fraud.
LaDonna Humphrey was not the only whistle blower in this case. But she is the one that suffered the indignation of these personal attacks. She can never "not serve" the ten nights she spent behind bars.
She is recovering from the ordeal, and while the vindication and reports of apologies from those that damned her in the past are compelling, we have it on good word that Anthony Christopher "isn't happy" with our coverage of this story.
Now that the shoe is on the other foot, you can get happy about this, "Rocko"....
As we have reported on previously, Judge Xollie Duncan ruled in Christopher’s favor and hit Humphrey with a $3 million plus judgment. According to court records, Humphrey remained consistent in her testimony that Christopher was committing fraud and that Christopher was verbally and emotionally abusive.
It turns out that there is a pattern of past and present behavior that indicates Humphrey was telling the truth. Today in Fort Smith has discovered another bombshell regarding Christopher.
According to court records, Case ID 04DR-15-1756, Anthony Christopher is the boyfriend of a man named Kenneth Medlin. Medlin, once married to Sarah Medlin Cunningham, has two minor sons from that marriage.
The former wife has taken Medlin back to court to try and amend the divorce settlement terms to ensure insurance coverage for her sons,
According to a filing on January 20, 2020, Sarah Medlin Cunningham has accused Anthony Christopher and Kenneth Medlin of the following (see documents below):
1. The Defendant (Kenneth Medlin) has willfully and intentionally violated this provision by sending threatening correspondence to Plaintiff (Sarah Cunningham) in an attempt to harass, annoy, and intimidate her.
2. The Defendant has willfully and intentionally violated this provision by authorizing, allowing, and/or encouraging his boyfriend (Anthony Christopher) to interfere with parenting decisions regarding the minor children, including, but not limited to, HARASSING, BERATING, and ANNOYING the minor children about social media.
3. The Defendant has willfully and intentionally violated this provision by, along with his boyfriend (Anthony Christopher), mocking and demeaning Plaintiff’s religion to the minor children, referring to the attendees of Plaintiff’s church (which include the Plaintiff and the minor children) as false Christians that preach a “gospel of judgment and hate.”
Today in Fort Smith has also been advised by a source after one recent visitation, one of the two minor children returned home with a "black-eye".
We reached out to Sarah Medlin Cunningham about the allegations and she responded by email: "I have no comment at this time."
Please keep in mind that according to court records, these are some of the same behaviors that Humphrey accused Christopher of showcasing at Absolute Pediatric Therapy, which Christopher has now "sold" to a former employee.
To make matters even more interesting…. Guess who the Judge is that is assigned to hear this case?

That’s right. Let’s hope that Judge Duncan chooses to believe the truth about Christopher in this case.
