Pope County warrant results in snaring 2014 sex offender who failed to register


A Pope County deviant that had been flying under the radar of area law enforcement officials is back on the sceen after he was arrested on Thursday and put into the Pope Cpunty Detention Center on a $20,000 bond for faiking to register as a sex offender.


Kaleb Andrew-Don Gore, 25, was booked into the jail at 12:42 on Thursday. Having been found guilty of Sexual Indecency with a Child in August of 2014 in Pope County, Gore was assessed $1250 in fines and fee and given 60 months probation for the felony at that time.


Information on Arkansas Court Connect shows that case was being reopened before his arrest for Failing to Register because of a failure to pay finacial obligations.


Gore had been the subject of a warrant that was issued back on January 15.
