Rapist of child, 5, on the run after failing to comply

Fort Smith convicted sex offender Shadi Sameh Jabri is currently being sought by Sebastian County Authorities after failing to comply with the Child & Sex Offender Registry.

Jabri was convicted in 2013 of 2nd Degree Sexual Assault after engaging in sexual activity with a 5 year-old male. Jabri was approximately 33-35 years of age at the time of the predatory offense.
