Over the past week, authorities in Tulsa County have made sweeps across town to reduce the number of child sex predators in the streets of northeast Oklahoma.
After a recent arrest, Sapulpa resident Khalil Hutto (11830 W 81ST STREET SOUTH in Sapulpa) was booked on six felonies related to grooming and inducing a minor into prostitution and other sexual acts in an attempt to ultimately have sex with the young victim.
Deputies stated Hutto also sent the girl links to pornography sites and nude photos depicting Hutto in graphic, sexual situations. He was officially booked on the following charges:
-- LEWD OR INDECENT PROPOSAL TO A MINOR
-- LEWD OR INDECENT PROPOSAL TO A MINOR
-- MINOR TO ENGAGE IN PROSTITUTION
-- SOLICIT MINOR FOR INDECENT EXPOSURE/PHOTOS
-- USING TECHNOLOGY TO ENGAGE IN SEXUAL COMMUNICATION WITH A MINOR
-- INDECENT EXPOSURE TO A MINOR
The initial count of Lewd or Indecent Proposal to a Minor carries a $30,000 bond while the 5 remaining felonies have a no-bond hold.
In a related story, Tulsa County authorities recently also recently arrested Jerry Lee Hamman and Anthony Gage Anson on many of the same charges after both men were booked on several felonies relating to lewd acts with a minor.
