Scrapping with the law lands Fort Smith man in jail on a no-bond hold after Tuesday arrest

Some days it just pays to stay in bed, a lesson learned by a Fort Smith man after an arrest early Tuesday morning by the Sebastian County Sheriff Office.

Robert Henry Hice remained behind bars on a no-c/bond hold after he was booked into the Sebastian County Detention Center at 6:39 Tuesday morning on one count of Aggravated Assault Upon a Certified Law Enforcement Officer or an Employee of a Correctional Facility.

Hice, who has previous Felony convictions for hindering prosecution and battery in Sebastian County, has a court date date set for April 6.
