Sebastian County down to one non-compliant sex offender

Sebastian County authorities are seeking the public's help in capturing the only remaining sex offender currently on the county's non-compliant list.

According to the database, Rodney Lee Moore is a 66-year-old male, 5'07" tall weighing approximately 160 lbs. His last know address on file was on 1st Street in Hartford, Arkansas.

Moore was convicted in 1992 of Aggravated Robbery and Kidnapping when he abducted an adult female, robbed her at gunpoint and forced her to engage in sexual conduct. According to records, the incident was committed with the use of weapons, rope and condoms in Moore's possession.

In addition to the charges on which Moore was convicted, he also has a previous adjudication for another Aggravated Robbery committed against another female prior to the incident in 1992 for which Moore landed on the sex offender registry.
